So we officially had our first day of online learning and overall, I'd say it went pretty well! We ran into some hiccups and realized that logging into Science Fusion through Think Central was not very user friendly so instead, we will be using Google Classroom for most everything. I think that's going to be the easiest way to communicate and push out all assignments to the kiddos in one place. Many of the kids already have been commenting back and forth with me on Classroom to figure out login issues and questions which is awesome! If you haven't yet, please hop on to your Google Classroom pages and check out the assignments that have been posted. Daily assignments will post each morning at 8:00 and can be turned in throughout the week.
I would love to try a Google Hangout tomorrow so please be patient as I try to navigate that platform. I consider myself pretty tech savvy but have realized, maybe not as much as I thought! I am still trying to figure all these online resources out myself but together we will get there!
I am so grateful for all of you. In these strange times, I think it's important to reflect on things we are grateful for and that most certainly is all of you and your families.
